Dr. Yosefa Birati, PhD

Dr. Yosefa Birati is a lecturer at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Social Welfare & Health Sciences, University of Haifa, Israel. 

She earned her PhD in Nursing at Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA under the supervision of Professor Joan R. Bloch, and her post-doctoral studies at the Department of Population Health, Bar Ilan University, Israel under the supervision of Dr. Sivan Spitzer.

Her research focuses on evaluating the development and implementation strategies and the utilization of digital health technologies among the elderly and finding ways to enhance engagement and promote adherence to digital technologies.
