Odelia Ben Harush, R.N., Ph.D

 In my profession, I’m a psychiatric nurse. I also worked in a geriatric hospital as a head nurse. Since 2016, I have been a lecturer at psychiatric nursing academic institutes (Hebrew University, Tal Institute) and I’m also teaching communication skills, dementia Disorders, and clinical instruction. I recently completed my Ph.D. in health administration at Ariel University under the supervision of Prof. Meni Koslowsky, Prof. Dorith Shaham, and Prof. Yair Shapira. My doctoral research focused on Balint training among medical students. During my doctoral studies, I have published three articles in psychology journals.
